Jerry * Brenna * Lakin
Well, what can I say, I often wonder about people that have a Personal Background page.
Are they bragging about themselves or what. Here goes. I am single, white, 48 years old,
and retired from the Air Force in 1992. I have two sons that live with me, Michael age 19
and Tommy age 22. They are also both married and still living at home, but both of them
have daughter's now so it is time to grow up. The latest addition to the family is Lakin
Sierra Brock, born January 22, 1998 at 7:00 p.m. at Gulf Coast Community Hospital in
Panama City, Florida. She weighed in at 6 lbs, 6 oz. She is so cute as you can tell from
above. Both of my granddaughters are cute, but they did not get their looks from me, can't
you tell. Brenna was born September 29, 1994 at the same hospital. With all of
this...guess who still pays most of the bills? We all live in Vernon, FL which is about 29
miles north of Panama City, FL (MTV/Spring Break Headquarters). I am very proud to say
that I am a born again Christian as of September 1996 and that I attend the Church of
Christ in DeFuniak Springs, Florida. I was away from the church for about 23 years, and
now I have come home to a place that I am trully happy at. My entire live has changed for
the best, and I am happier now than I have ever been in my life, except when I was going
to church with my High School sweetheart, who introduced me to Christ for the first time
ever. I have an A.A. in Business from Gulf Coast Community College and a B.S. in
Management from the University of West Florida, where I graduated in 1980. I have about 20
+ hours towards my Master's Degree. I have been working for Washington County as the 9-1-1
Coordinator for the last year and a half. I enjoy my job and meeting people is the best
part of it. My hobbies include, of course, computers, fishing, hunting, golfing, and
meeting knew people. Very seldom meet a stranger, if I do, they are not a stranger for
long. Believe it or not, I have a life, and it is these three kids. I always like talking
to people and would enjoy any kind of feedback that you would like to send me, whether
just to say Hello, or to obtain information. In the near future, I will be including some
pictures of my family and friends, if they aren't to shy, in the near future, plus making
Home Pages for Tommy and Michael. You girls can e-mail them at my address right now, just
put their name in the subject line and I will make sure they get it. Oh yeah, I just moved
into my new home on Dec 24th, 1998. What a wonderful Christmas and a good way to start the
new year and new millenium.
